Verisov Limited is a Bermuda company building regulated digital identity and credentialing infrastructure.

Mission

Verisov exists to make identity reusable. In regulated markets, identity is verified again and again by every institution that needs it, at cost, with no portability and no shared trust. Verisov turns identity into infrastructure: created once, held securely, shared under permission, and relied upon across institutions.

Verisov is on a licensing path toward Digital Identity Service Provider status under the Bermuda Monetary Authority.

Verisov is a spinout of Apierion, built on years of Apierion work in digital identity, trusted data exchange, healthcare infrastructure, enterprise identity platforms and cross-border digital trust.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Serial entrepreneur across more than twenty years. Founding CEO of Pharmasset, an Emory University spinout, which went public and was acquired by Gilead for eleven billion dollars. Co-owner of RX Returns, which became the largest pharmaceutical returns company in the United States. Co-founder of a niche banking company that became one of New Jersey’s fastest-growing private firms.
